Before entering into a contract for design work, a design task is developed together with the Client, determining the content of the project to be developed.
VISION
It is created by us together – Us the architects and You – our Client by telling, showing, visualizing and analyzing. Before the sketches, we definitely carry out an analysis of the building regulations and regulatory enactments of specific territories. We develop sketches of plans, visualizations of volumes and placement on the land plot.
PROJECT
This is what we architects create. The full design process, ensuring the development of all the necessary engineering, the management of the design process and the coordination of project documentation in state and municipal institutions.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
We are very happy to participate in the author’s supervision process. During the author’s supervision, we follow up so that the construction is carried out in accordance with the developed construction project.
